Because the vast majority of our conservatory shade solutions are cut to specific geometric requirements supplied by the client, our return procedures are stringently defined.

Bespoke Orders

Custom-measured fabrics, whether UV-deflective or thermal blends, are strictly non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect or dimensional error generated by our own workshop is definitively identified.

Standard Hardware

Unaltered tension brackets, corner dials, and unspooled standard control cords may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided they remain entirely unused and in their original structural packaging.
